Terms and conditions

The Revolution House (“we,” “us,” “our”) offered by Intentional Women Inc. (“The Company”) and the Members (“you,” “your”) ​will collectively be referred to as “Parties,” and each individually as a “Party.”

Payment Plan Policy:

  • Payment plans are offered in good faith. Intentional Women Inc. utilizes Stripe to process recurring monthly payments ​for this program. By clicking above, you acknowledge that you are agreeing to authorize your card for recurring monthly ​payments that will be automatically deducted from your card.
  • The minimum monthly commitment for The Revolution House Membership is 4 months.
  • After 4 months, your membership is recurring and will continue until you cancel. Cancellations can be requested by ​emailing theliberatedlatina@gmail.com within 5 days of your next billing date.

Past Due Payments:

  • Payments are considered past due (1) business day after the due date.
  • Once your payment is seven (7) days past due, your access to The Revolution House Membership will be revoked and ​membership will be canceled. There will be no refunds for previous months.
  • If you have been removed from The Revolution House membership due to non-payment while within your initial 4 month ​commitment, you are not eligible for payment plans in the future. If you do decide to enroll into the membership in the ​future, you will need to purchase a bi-annual or annual membership in advance, as these are one-time payments not ​offered on a payment plan.

Refunds & Disputes:

  • Due to the nature of the services provided, there are no refunds. The Revolution House does not issue refunds due to lack ​of attendance in program, scheduling conflicts, overcommitting, or personal disagreements. By signing up for this ​program, you acknowledge you are ready to complete the full investment and that there will be no refunds issued.
  • False chargebacks or disputes towards The Revolution House or Intentional Women, Inc. via any payment processors are ​required to be paid back within 5 business days and can result in a permanent ban or legal action.
  • If legal action is taken, you agree to repay the chargeback amounts as well as any legal fees incurred by Intentional ​Women, Inc. to resolve the issue.

Scope of Services:

A primary modality used inside The Revolution House is Vocal Activation Technique™, or VAT™. VAT is a somatic movement ​practice that uses the movement of the body to support you in unlocking new layers of your expression, vocal power, and ​creativity.

Due to the nature of this work, it is important that we have your consent about the following:

  1. You understand and acknowledge that The Revolution House and VAT are not acting in the capacity of financial advisors, ​legal counsel, physicians, psychologists, or healthcare professionals, and the Activities being offered are NOT intended to ​treat or diagnose, and does not include treatment for or diagnosis of, any illnesses, disease or disorders, whether ​physical, mental, psychological or emotional.
  2. You understand that Intentional Women, Inc. and the Revolution House community are dynamic and we constantly work ​to improve the Member experience. We reserve the right to adjust the content of the membership such as dates of events ​and the structure of the content offered.
  3. You understand that you are responsible for your own experience in the community and that there will be no refunds or ​pausing of the subscription based on a change in your schedule or inability to engage with the content.
  4. You understand we will continue to own and retain all rights to logos, brand elements, text, images, videos, trademarks, ​and/or all works of similar nature created in the Revolution House (collectively, the “Content”), whether registered or ​unregistered. Each Party agrees not to infringe upon or otherwise use our intellectual property. Use of the Content for ​any purpose is unauthorized and will result in a permanent removal from The Revolution House and all future Intentional ​Women, Inc. services.
